employees are highly trained on all aspects of
cleaning and safety. Employees
must pass multiple tests in order to begin
cleaning in one of our buildings. We pride
ourselves on the team work and work ethic that our
employees exhibit.
With
an OSHA Safety and Health program in place, we hold
safety meetings once a month with all employees to
discuss hazards found on the job site and search for
ways to improve our performance. Safety is also
discussed in our monthly employee newsletter to
highlight dangers that our employees might
encounter.

All
of our employees are trained on the OSHA Bloodborne
Pathogen standard, Hazardous Communication, as well
as Bio-Hazard disposal. The co-owner of the
company, Namurah Blakely, is a registered nurse and
understands the importance of cleanliness in a
medical facility. Quality Janitorial will write an
Exposure Control Plan for your facility and offers
Hepatitis B vaccination to all employees in case of
risk of exposure.
